The Yards is looking to partner with growing food and goods vendors. We are offering seasonal rents for our shipping containers that are whiteboxed for what you need.

We offer a full kitchen, participation with events (read: we bring the crowd), and more. Kitchen membership levels are priced to work for your needs.

We are currently targeting a Feb 1 start to the Depot Kitchen, and leases for containers start June 1, 2026.
